I've been eating mostly salad this few day...avoiding solid food like rice, meat...just tofu...a bit of kuih raya.. and I feel like my weight become lighter..and kind of feel good at the same time especially on my tummy area. Today since I am out of lettuce, and the market seems out of lettuce too, I am experimenting with Chinese Cabbage, Celery, Gerkin, Carrot, Cucumber and I add on slice of chicken with thousand Island dressing...and diet will end up with jogging in the afternoon with Gigi at Ampang Hilir.
salam, waa yum yum. i really luv salad too. last ramadhan i did a carrot with pineapple crushed mixed with cencalok... got it at one asian shops. was so surprised to find it there. very yummy. just that with rice is enough. u should try that syam - dija
Cencalok??? never thought of that..should give a trylah... tapi so salty kan??? mmm air liur dah meleleh:P
x salty pun sbb jus nenas tu cover the saltiness..... mmmmmmmmm tul dah meleleh dah airluiq ni. 2 mlm berturut2 buat acar timun, nenas, carrot minus cili sbb still frozen x sabaq nak mkn hehehehe kids pun sapu habih esp tasneem......... last sat buat open house so left over rendang n ayam masak merah bnyk so freeze it n 3 mlm berturut2 dok perangat ja.....
